Returns and Refunds Policy
Every piece we create is crafted with care and dedication. However, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary.
We currently accept returns only for damaged products. Returns or refunds for other reasons are not available at this time.
Policy Duration
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or returned.
- This applies to all products, including supplements.
Returns
We only accept returns for damaged products. Please note:
- Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging.
- An unboxing video is mandatory to verify that the item was received damaged.
- Items that are washed, altered, or damaged due to handling will not qualify for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized outfits
- Sale or clearance items
- Minor manufacturing imperfections (e.g., loose threads)
- Slight color variations due to photography or lighting
- Dyeable fabrics (due to their sensitive nature)

- If approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are not available for size-related issues.
- Please verify sizes and measurements carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
